Angela_Bassett

Angela Evelyn Bassett (born April 15 in 1961) was an American actor. Her name has been praised for her TV and film work since the 1980s. Her accolades are two Golden Globe Awards, sixteen NAACP Image Awards as well as nominations for Academy Awards and Primetime Emmy Awards. Bassett was born in Winston-Salem North Carolina, raised by an aunt in New York New York. Bassett relocated with her twin sister in St. Petersburg Florida at five years old so that they could be near their mom and father, who had separated from her father. While in high school Bassett was a spectator of John Steinbeck's play Of Mice and Men starring James Earl Jones and decided that she wanted to become an actor. Following her graduation at Yale University New Haven Connecticut in the year 1980, she earned a Bachelor's Degree of African American Studies, she was able to obtain the Master's degree (1983) from the Yale School of Drama. Courtney B. Vance was also an actor at Yale. They were married in 1997. Qualification: B.A. at Yale's School of Drama. conferred an M.A. in Fine Arts in African American Studies to Angela Bassett back in the year 1980. She attended the institutions that she attended: Jordan Park elementary school, Disston Middle School for seventh graders, Azalea Middle School for 8th & 9th grades in addition to Boca Ciega High School. Angela Bassett is currently working as one of the main roles in the film Ramonda in the action film i.e. Black Panther: Wakanda forever (2022).
